Accepted Answer

No experience is needed at all. Our Beginners Course is specifically designed for complete beginners. It doesn't matter how fit you are or what your background is — we'll meet you where you are.

Fighter Blueprint Academy is located at James Street, Ince-in-Makerfield, Wigan, WN3 4JY. We serve members from across Wigan, Leigh, Atherton, Hindley, Golborne, Ashton-in-Makerfield, and the surrounding area.

Do you offer martial arts classes for children in Wigan?

Yes. We offer Tots MMA for ages 3-5, Juniors MMA for ages 6-12, and Teens MMA for ages 13-17. All classes are coached by qualified instructors in a safe, welcoming environment. Trial classes are available — just get in touch to arrange one.

Who coaches at Fighter Blueprint Academy?

The academy was founded by Tom Blackledge, a former professional MMA fighter who has coached UFC champion Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson and multiple UFC fighters. Tom is supported by a team of experienced coaches including Becky, Andrew, Alex, and Sam.

We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), No-Gi Grappling, MMA Striking, Tots MMA (ages 3-5), Juniors MMA (ages 6-12), Teens MMA (ages 13-17), Circuits and Conditioning, and a structured Beginners Course. All classes are available at our Wigan gym.
